Okay, MSNsubmit is fixed, So Now What?

Still can't get properly crawled or indexed

1. Only 20% of my pages are in the new Algo and only a few are being crawled each day, compared to hundreds before Oct 1st.

2. Cached page count changes by the hour, drastic changes.
I have no idea what my cached count really is.

3. The pages that are indexed are nowhere to be found in the serps. Only my home page shows in the serps.

Any ideas as to when the crawling and indexing might be fixed?

I don't know whats worse, only having the homepage in the results, or having 22 000 pages in the index, 10 000 of which are blocked both in robots.txt and in a meta no index no follow on the pages.

My index page ranks in a search for it's own domain name at position 200 or something ridiculous along those lines...
