linkdomain: no longer working for MSN.com

I have tried linkdomain:www.example.com with MSN.com and it returns no results with any site I try. I also tried link:www.example.com, with no success.

Has something changed recently?

This happened a good few months ago, see Live Search's link: operator turned off [webmasterworld.com]

The official response [searchengineworld.com] was that this was disabled to prevent "mass automated usage for data mining".

No colon.

That looks to be just a keyword search to me, unless I'm missing something?
