Dear Bill,

Are you, the richest man in the world, going to just sit there and let Google kick your butt? Remember when Netscape had the monopoly on browsers? What did you do then? Instead of wasting your time trying to compete with Google on your lame duck MSN, why not give everyone a breath of fresh air with a totally non-commercial search engine? No ads, no commercialism, just pure search!

Come on Bill, put your thinking cap back on and give Google the old one two!

Yours truly,

Dear Ron_ron,

Everything I have ever done, including smashing WordPerfect and Netscape, has been done for good business motives.

Why would I - or anyone else - produce a non-commercial search?

Google is winning because, so far, My Boys & Girls have not come up with a better search.

If and when they do, you want to see me bankrupted?

It's the best search that wins; the money follows.

Love and kisses,

pp Bill Gates

NB - this is a work of fiction that neither implies nor suggests that Big Bill has any particular needs, drives and motivations or love of money. So there.
