My website is at the #2 spot for main keyword on msn.com and msn.ca "english", but when i try a search on msn.ca "french" or msn.fr i cant find my site.

My website is in french language and my prymary target are french speacking peoples. I am wondering if i should add this code in my webpage :

<meta http-equiv="Content-Language" content="fr-CA">

I would like a better ranking on french search engines, but i do not want to lost it on msn.com since these visitors are welcome too.

What country is your web host in, and what TLD is your site?

My website is hosted in USA and it have a .com domain name

Since my website is hosted there with the same web adress since nearly 10 years, i dont want to change anything that would affect my ranking on others search engines, i am ranked #1 on google.ca "french" an #1 on cf.yahoo.com (french Canadian yahoo)
