Hmm - well I wouldn't know because it won't let me onto MSN.com in Firefox without entering my passport details.
Either a bit arrogant to assume I ever got a passport or perhaps you are right - in which case I am surprised there isn't more screaming.
Anyone else having issues on MSM.com?

I saw the same thing yesterday afternoon. The msn homepage was loading very slow and the page was all messed up. (maybe because of the missing css as you mentioned)
