Why am I not featuring in MSN?

My site is doing fine elsewhere.

My site gets virtually no traffic from MSN and I cannot understand why. My main KW is at number three on Google, number 13 in Yahoo and number 86 on MSN.

I submitted my site to MSN through Business Central using all of their guidelines but it just ain't working. Anyone have any suggestions?

It's impossible to tell in the dark, but the first sounds as though links are playing a good part. There's a difference in algos - how is your on-page optimization?

Hi Marcia, I have optimised my page within Google's guidelines. I also did work on it according to MSN's SubmitIt guidelines, which allow you to make changes until it passes their "ready to submit" test.

I used to figure quite highly in their results but my site has disappeared lately. Unfortunately I did not pay close attention to what was happening in MSN because at the time I was preoccupied with getting back into Google, which delivers > 70% of my traffic. MSN was contributing < 10% but this has now dropped to just about zilch!

I have about the same problem. Doing very fine in Google and yahoo, and not at all in MSN. On-page optimization is keywords in title, h1, text, but no spammy keyword density. Meta tags recently cut down to "robots" only.
