Wordtracker.com is the best I've ever worked with. And...to narrow wordtracker.com down even more, try doing the "competitive search" within the wordtracker system. You can get a cool KEI (Keyword effectiveness Indicator), which tells you which one's are searched for and bounces that off the competing results and comes up with a cool formula that rates the KW...
