Keyword Caps search greater volume than no caps

Can this be right?

HI there

I'm currently doing some keyword research and the search volume for my main term "Big Fat Widgets" (with CAPS) is much (10 times) higher than that for "big fat widgets" (small letters).

Can this be right?

Or am I looking at an example of keyword research that has been tainted by automatic query position checking?

Could be auto queries but for SEO purposes I don't think it matters.
