Changing Keywords along the pages

What happend when you change keyword from page to page

Hi all,

I'm new to this SE world and I was wondering a few things.

First of all what do you advise on the following:
I manage some websites with different services available, should I change the keywords, description and page title for each of the services pages?
But won't it make the overall ranking of the website less relevant if I start changing meta around?

Secondly, I've noticed on google when you look at links coming in and out (inbound and outbound, is that the name?) of your site, they doesn't seem to be picked up when you use the advanced search in google and look for link.
Mine opens in a blank window, and I've checked some that are picked up in the advanced search, don't. They opens in the same window. Does it has to be so or is there a way around?

It's best to have a different title for each page. The title should describe the exact topic of the page and include your keyphrases for each page.

I'm not sure what you mean with your second question, but it takes some time before Google shows incoming links. You have to gain some PageRank first and even then it only shows the links with a certain PageRank.

I didn't know there was a search facility on this site.

I will then change all my pages (I wish I found this forum earlier) with targeted keywords and description etc...
