Pick up words with high density

How know the high density of a word in order to define it as a keyword

Hi everybody,
I would like to know if it is possible to identify words with high density in the whole content (with lots of pages) of a website in order to pick up and define it as new keywords? Is it possible to make this operation for many websites in the same time in order to compare the density of a word and know if one website has created a keyword with this word while the others websites have not?

As far as I know such a tool is not yet available. We're building our own at the moment.
