Hello,
My name is Mehdi Malekzade. I'm working in SEO since 2012.

Lately, I've noticed that I am spending too much time on keyword research and content design. As a result, both link building team and content team are waiting for me all the time!

I reviewed my documents to find opportunities for any optimization and automation. I came up with a keyword dashboard much more automated and organized.
But I'm still doing lots of things manually. Like finding the "target landings" for "keyword groups" and defining the "keyword groups" and "keyword intents". I'm using this data to design content for production and plan the link-building activities.

I was wondering if anyone has any advice or solution for me.

Hope to get answers from you!
Thank you.

Keyword research is nearly always a hands on activity. The landscape changes so frequently---other than a very few "evergreen" keywords. What's hot on Monday is devalued on Tuesday and forgotten by Wednesday.

What makes things interesting in the changing algos in search engines regarding keywords ... and it's dang difficult to figure out what the programmers will value/devalue with each update.

In short, I don't know of any automation that will reliably do the job.
