I treat google adsense content as the main content, so I just select google adsenes as my keywords.

Do you have any good suggestions about the key words on my websites?

There are a lot of other keywords repositories. For example Search in Google
"keywords repository"
or
"keywords tools" etc.

As for keywords for your website you need to analyze your website content, so you may search for:
"website content analysis"
or something like that.

It helps me a lot.

If the excellent adwords keyword tool doesn't help you out you might want to explain what that quote above means. It sounds like you are saying your page is full of ads and that's the content.
