Webmaster tools not showing my content rich keywords

In google webmaster tools it shows all of the keywords and their significance from your pages. On my site it is not showing <specific phrases>, or <other specific phrases>... in my keywords. Anyone know why? It lists <a single keyword> but says its only shows it referenced 3 times.

Any help would be appreciated.

There was a fairly lengthy discussion of this report a few weeks back which may be of use:

Personally, I think the data provided is insignificant - although others disagree, of course.

Certainly, there seems to be post-processing applied to the data in a way that is not applied to the organic search algorithm, which may be what causing the effect you're seeing.
