Strange Keywords

A few sites have strange keywords I dont want

Hi Everyone,

I have a few websites I manage that are built on the Joomla CMS. Recently I've noticed some strange behavior involving keywords. Here is a list of what I'm seeing:

- Adult themed related keywords (seen in Google Analytics, compete.com)
- Unrelated keywords. One of my sites is a local community forum. I'm seeing links related to home based businesses, how to make money etc.

On some of the sites the keywords are overwhelming.

Any ideas?

p.s. yes, Joomla is up to date :)

if it's a local community forum, could it be that your users are adding content with those keywords for which your site ranks? visit the pages to which those keywords are driving visitors; and perform ctrl-f to find the keywords in analytics.

Yeah, I thought of that too. I did a search and didn't find anything. These keywords are VERY specific and seem to originate in India.
