What is ment by Duplicate title tags, how can it be cleared

Since you don't say where the (error) report is coming from, I'll just guess -- either you have multiple pages that have the same <TITLE> tags, or you have one page with multiple <TITLE> tags in in the HTML.

Where is the error message coming from?

Im guessing from webmastertools right?

You are more than likely using the same text with in <TITLE> </TITLE> tags.

Google does not like that so I suggest changing it.
