Foriegn Language keyword research tools?

What tools/sites do you use to conduct non-english keyword research?

Hi everyone,

I've been on the search for a keyword research tool that will cater to non-english languages, specifically European languages (German, Spanish, French, Russian, Dutch to start) In past threads I've seen mention of Overture which I don't think you can access anymore (the links don't work anyway) and Google Adwords tool which is a start. Any others worth suggesting? Especially since I don't speak any of these languages and the Google Adwords interface is in the localized language?
