google- hidden keywords- ignored

i noticed one of our competitor has hidden keywords, their site comes up using those keywords in yahoo, but not in google. google is ignoring all hidden keywords.

i thought google banished websites like that, they obviously know what they're doing.

Where are the hidden keywords? Are they hidden in a noscript tag? Hidden due to similar color as background? Can you explain more?

You said they do not show up in Google when you search for them? If they are you can always play Internet Police and report them.

they are done in regular text, white on white, but also
in some tiny font.

When you say "they obviously know what they're doing" are you referring to Google or to your competitor?

google knows what they're doing, since its totally ignoring
the hidden text.
