Hi Everybdy,

Though this is my third thread at WebMasterWorld.com, yet I always read for updates.

A lot of things have been discussed regarding search engine marketing. But no one has been able to explain the real secret of search engine optimization, i.e. keyword research and keyword selelction.

So far I've used several tools, like:

WordTracker
Google Adwords
Google Labs
Inventory Overture
SEO Book Keyword Suggestion Tool
Digital Point Keyword Suggestion Tool

Despite using so many keyword research tools, I'm yet to find one tool that really can help me in finding right keyword for my web site.

Can any one help me using a perfect and useful keywords research tool and what are the procedures of selecting a bunch of perfect keywords/keyphrases that I ca target.?

To select the right keyword for a site.

1. Research on the website that is related to your site and check the keywords at a site like gorank. By that you will see the keyword density and prominence of that. You got idea on what targeted keywords you are going to used.
2. Identify 15 keywords (5 major and 10 minor) and used the inventory overture and check the relevancy of the keyword using the google adwords or wordtracker.
3. Check the keywords searches per month and keyword traffic per search engine result.
