Need some help to resolve keyword problem

Hello

We have a product called Bomelien where I am using a keyword "joint" which I have declared in keyword Meta tag. I am also using a word "joints" in my content which is not declared. Do you think SE's will pick "joints(Not declared in Meta tags)" as a keyword as "Joint(declared in Meta tag)".

Keyword meta tags have very little or no value to search engines any longer, and it has been this case for several years.
