How do I find out what has caused the downfall

Hi All,

Recently I was lost my page ranking from 2 to 0. My websited is now listed at page 45 (used to be at 2nd page). Is there a way to find out what has caused it?

I had an email from another site saying there is duplication of some contents. I changed it immediatelly.

I added new paragraphes to lots of keywords (8%),
How do I check if is causing spamming?

Please help

Sweetheart, you can't post your URL here and ask for a site review (even if unlinked). It will magically disappear. But taking a quick look, your index page is spammed to death with location_keyword repetition. Very common and very unnecessary. Sure sign of a n00b. ;)

widget, widget, widget, widget, etc., etc., etc. - the engines don't need that to tell what a page is about, and neither do visitors.
