Is doing well and ALexa and the GOOgle key for advertisers?

Right now I am at 634K plus not PR, is that going to be enough or do I need atleast a PR 3 and atleast 100K or below on Alexa?

The key for advertisers is a good level of relevant traffic that allows them to target their message well.

Alexa ranks are unreliable unless you have a very low number (the difference between 500,000 and 5,000 is huge in terms of traffic) and PR is nice but not necessary.

If you can manage to rank well for relevant terms on Google then that's a good starting point as an advertiser that can find you is worth way more than one that you initiate contact with.
