Best Keyword Density Analyzer

Which keyword density analyzer is accurate?

I have run across many different keyword density analyzers and each give different keyword density results (oftentimes dramatically different)

I have seen discussions that you want keyword density as high as 7% and have seen others that say 10% depending on what is allowed for your competitors. Could someone please comment as to what you feel is ideal and what the best analyzer tool is. I tend to trust the bruceclay analyzer above but it shows about three times the keyword density as the widex1 analyzer above.
