Which keyword program would you recommend?

I've been looking for a program that will analyze competitor's keywords. The field is narrowed to Keyword Elite and Keyword Analyzer.

One feature that looks interesting is the way KE searches out articles using keywords, then creates an Adsense page. Other than that the programs look similiar.

Would really appreciate your feedback.

Keyword programs are offered by Google and overture for free.

HOwever Wordtracker supports the estimation of the KEI (keyword effectiveness index) which clearly identifies uncovered niches.
