Competitors Names

Hopefully someone might be able to help on this matter. One of our clients competitors is using their company name in the META information. Can anyone direct me to any relevant articles on this. Or how you go about getting the text removed!

This is a internet law site [nolo.com]. Half way down is a meta-tag info. Haven't really read much content myself but looks like it could be handy.

It seems to be a very grey area, however there are several pdf documents with cases on the Internet...
