Hi all, Just want to know what everyone else thinks of using mispelled keywords. Is it effective and how can I go about it?

Some can be very effective, I would check the Goto.com keyword tool and see what people are searching for. Doorways, cloaked or otherwise, are good for targeting misspellings. There also may be creative ways you can work it into the content on visible pages but that is more of a risk at degrading the image of your site.
