Hi All,

I recently modified my home page to include keywords and links to some of my internal pages. Google indexed the page and all the linked pages! I would like to target other internal pages. Can I go and change the home page to reflect this new content or will that mess up my other Google search results?

Thanks!

It is good practice to update your site frequently. With this in mind Google and other search engines begin to understand your update routine and will visit accordingly. for example if a site is updated daily, search engines will attempt to spider the content more often than a site that is updated very seldom.

It takes time for search engines to get used to a sites update frequency, but updating regularly is a good way to make sure your indexed content is fresh.
