A global list is not going to help you because each industry is different. Even if there was one, I would advise not to use it. Spend time learning your industry and checking out the competition. Compile your own list, keep it private, and you will be in great shape to compete.

What does "negative keywords" mean?

Negative keywords are words that you include in your AdGroup that will prevent your ad from being displayed if that word is searched in conjuction with any of your keywords.

I.E. negative keyword "blue" will prevent your ad from displaying if someone searches "blue widgets" and you have an ad for the keyword "widgets."
