can anyone help to stop this worm, and how to find how to get back at them

I am still getting this worm with diferent Subjects and from two diferent e-mail addresses, My AntiVirus software is picking this up thank god as i lost my hole system about two months ago, I am getting more and more, I need to stop and find out how is doing this.

I'm afraid there's not much you can do on the receiving end except filter and delete.

I have noticed a slow down, I was getting 20-30 a day a week ago, down to about 5 today.
