IIS 5 Defalt web page will not start

Can some one help. I just installed IIS5 on a win 2000 server. The defalt website will not start. When i try and start it i get this error:
"address already in use"

I am not sure how to fix it. anyone know? -Thanks

Are you using Internet Connection Sharing?

No, i am using a nat server (sygate) on that computer but i uninstalled it just to make sure that was not causing the problem.

Looks like a machine on the network is trying to use the same IP.

I have a small network Win2000 domain

One server is connected to Internet via cable modem with 2 NIC's, one internal (192…) and one external (64…) This is the computer with IIS (this PC is not a member of my domain it is in a workgroup because @home required it.)
I am also running sygate(NAT server) on the computer, all computers have internet access

On the internal network there is a DC, that also is a DHCP server and there are 4 workstations. Call computers can ping each other, and I have checked and there are no duplicate Ips. But is will dubble check. The www services is starting but I cant start the individual website such as "default website"

I have had this setup working before. I with get the message from event viewer latter tonight when I am home. Let me know what other info you can use and witch forum is the correct one. Thanks for your help
