Does the order of <H1> <H2> tags matter for Google SEO?

Hi so I wanted to ask if the order in which the <h1> and <h2> tags are written in a page matter to Googlebot?

My page HTML has <h2> tag first before <h1>. There is only one <h1> tag in the page btw. Please advise. Thanks!
