Hi
I code at home on a mac, and use a library Windows computer to test...

Neither Chrome nor IE will play the audio at this site <snip>

Expected behavior is:
when you press play, an invisible mask hides the controls;
the coloured image on right goes thru changes, finishing in blue;
and two new links appear at the bottom of the page.

All the code is in the test file. Can anyone help?
cheers

Is it the code you got working in this thread?
[webmasterworld.com...]

So it works on Mac but not Windows? What media players are being used?

You might need to use a different codec or seperate the additional actions (function.)

So test by just trying the audio code alone. Test in all the popular players. If it plays in them all, then it is the function that is breaking it.

Hi there Oddjob41,

If you are using the "autoplay" attribute, then you
will find that the "Google Chrome" browser, for
one, now blocks it.
