You need to be more specific about exactly what you want to achieve.
Do you want to change the html permanently in the file? (ie: fix a mistake)
Do you want the text to change dynamically? If so based on what trigger, page load, user input?
What language (PHP, JS, CSS)

Have you tried using the same javascript method [webmasterworld.com] for changing URLs every day? That can do the same thing simply by using the same javascript with different arrays. If you wanted to change more (or less frequently) you can learn to edit the script, give it a new name and use it for this task.

If you need a simple tutorial to get you started, w3schools offers one.

As mentioned before, html is not dynamic, you cannot do what you want to do using static html. In html you would create an element where you want to show the show the output and put the script in that element. Something like this:
<div class="changes">
<script src="\numberscript.js"></script>
</div>

Visitors would only see the results of the script in that <div element.

I highly recommend learning enough html, css and scripting to understand what you want to do and how best to do it. Then when you need help with something, it is easier to ask for what you need and easier for people who would like to help.

These things that you would like to change, are they on your own site? Is this a static html site or is it on a CMS platform like Blogger or WordPress? Was it built with a drag-and-drop or WYSIWYG type editor? These basics make a difference in what is the best way to do what you want to do.

You can always buy low quality traffic that might make it appear as though guests were there. Some place create a few users with family, friends or paid help to seed a forum to get it started. None of these things is a good long term solution but it can help while you get content started.

Understandably it is difficult to get a forum off the ground. Ideally you have a group such as a FaceBook group that decides to go to their own forum. It is very hard to get users to participate in an empty forum and it is equally difficult to attract any advertising income.

Do we want to show a truth or a lie? (zero users logged in or a user count of some kind when there are no users logged in)

Taking a quick look at what's offered, this appears to be a forum of forums and it is quite possible that some features are locked down or not available.
