Question on the Design of New PayPal Home Page

Hello all,

Does anyone here know what software or combination of software was used to create the new PayPal home page? The video and overlapping stationary join fields is impressive. I would want to replace the join fields with a search field. www.paypal.com

Any info on what they used and how they did it would be greatly appreciated.

Ultimately it all comes down to the page code. Have you done a view source and studied/examined all the goodies? That's where I would start. :)
