Any Easy Responsive HTML Tutorials

In my new job i need to get back into web design having been an SEO for the past 5 years. needless to say things have moved on.

im looking for a project based tutorial on responsive web design that takes you through the steps of doing things like media queries, scalling images, grids etc

ive looked at some frameworks but they're not very 'friendly' and im struggling a bit.

To be clear, it's not "responsive html". It's "responsive web design". HTML has little to do with it and is mostly css and javascript.

And there are the tons of articles out there about this. The most well know would be by Ethan Marcotte who has a book by the same name.
