Recently w3 organization launched HTML 5 the new function of VIDEO is included in it hope that it would be great for programmers in future but the problem is that the browser support starts from IExplorer version 9 .

Welcome to WebmasterWorld, Arash010.

If your target audience is using a browser that supports HTML 5 you may be OK though.

For most of us there is a massive lead time before the bulk of visitors are using browsers that support the latest features. My employer still uses IE6!

Unless your user base is made up of "early adopters" it probably isn't worth worrying too much about html5 for several years.
