HTML Help Needed

Hello Everyone,

I need a script written, thats basically it.

What There Is
There are 2 items, a text box and a button.

What It Does
User types a subdirectory in text box.
User clicks button.
User is redirected to said subdirectory.

NOTE:

They only need the subdirectory, not the entire

URL. The directory the script will be in is /clients/
