Most of my website users uses IE and some of them has a low speed dial-up access to net.
My website does not open correctly while using IE specially in low speed net.
My users are complaining about it & I could not do anything until I found out about Chrome Frame for IE!
It opens my website perfectly even in low speed net.

It is great! However, most of users can not download & install it! Because the installer need to download the installation files directly through internet.
How can I supply them a sole installer that can install the frame without using the net? So, they would be able to download it using download managers to install.
