Auto Convert Music Service's Links

Hi,

When I paste a new music service's links into a new message in mac mail.app it automatically converts it into the Artist-Album name.

http://example.com/track/1tuPJrxF3PDVADubHz7PHX
example:track:1tuPJrxF3PDVADubHz7PHX

Does anyone know how it does this? And if it would be possible to extract this info on a web site. Ie. if someone added the url the site could convert it.

I asked the website's support but didn't get a clear answer.

Sound like there must be some data changing hands between the people at Mac and the people at the music service. That's the only possibility I can see.
