HTML Line Height

I am creating an HTML email so I'm trying to avoid using any css. I am having trouble adding a line height attribute to text .I have pasted below the code I have so far. The font, size, and color are all working but the line height is not. Can anyone help?

Can't you use inline css i.e. the style attribute?

You're not - it isn't. strictly a CSS thing.

Why does the former preclude the latter?

The font, size, and color are all working... color=##3B4E61

For colours, its usually just one # symbol
e.g #3B4E61

Need pretty text? Y/N if N then
Send plain text.

In the long run plain text emails will net more than html. Why? More systems can accept, no uglies, and all you need is that LINK back to where you want them to go.
