Revealing/Hiding Parts of Forms?

Hi,

I was just wondering if anyone knew anything about hiding parts of forms? As in, a user clicks on a yes or no button and if yes reveals a box for them to type in additional information. I've tried to google the topic but I haven't been able to find what I want, so if anyone could give me an idea or advice on it, that'd be great.

You would need to use javascript to do this.
