Hello I am trying to display a few pages of Russian text on a website (which also contains English characters). Does anyone know how to do this? I keep getting question marks instead...

Ok that example didn't work...lol maybe those are the character codes?

WebmasterWorld doesn't work well with non-English characters.

UTF-8 is good for showing multiple languages on a single page.
