I have put an I-Frame on my site linking to another website but there are many annoying pop-ups constantly coming up...any ideas on how to get rid of them? thanks!

You really didn't give much info, but reading into it I assume the iframe src is a page on the external site and the pop-ups are from the other site. If so,I don't think there is anything you can control -- except the iframe src. If it's that annoying to you it's going to be more annoying to your site visitors.
Simple solution: Ditch it.

Isn't there a way to disable all pop-ups on an entire site? I really, really don't want to ditch it.
