Lynx compatability issues

So I was checking a website , I am working on , on lynx to see accessibility issues and i noticed that a half the page is missing in lynx ?

I am missing a bunch of text , some headings and links . Does lynx only show the first half of the website ?

or perhaps its a coding error on my behalf . but if anyone has any experience on this some feedback would be great.

To my knowledge, lynx doesn't show the first half of a site (though you might need to scroll down). More likely you've got some coding issues. Which of course is why you check the site in lynx in the first place :).

Does the document validate [validator.w3.org]? This will probably solve a large portion of that.
