Client with Strange Lightview Bug - No Shadow and cut off text

Hi,

Ive made a little lightview display of inline content... I have not noticed any big issues with it, but my client is reporting a strange view, the lightview on her safari browser is not making the shadow effect, and its also chopping off text... its very strange, and I cannot replicate it.

Its hard to solve a problem I cant re-create, And i was wondering if any of y'all have any idea of what might be going on.

Intensive scripting effects like Lightview often run into cross browser problems - and the problem is usually in differences in javascript support found in various browsers. Have you tried viewing it in Safarai yourself?
