I've installed Internet Explorer 7 a few months back and uploaded my site recently.

One of my relations looked at the site on a computer using IE 6.

He sent me a picture and in IE6 the site does not render properly.

Is there a program or addon which would allow me to render a page in IE 6 or even IE 5? I've heard of them before but always forgotten.

I don't want to have to un-install IE 7 just to correct the problem.

I have Firefox with IE Tab and the Web Developer Tools.

There's a couple of options:

1. Install MS VirtualPC (free) and then download their XP IE6 disk image. Best option - gives you a virtual OS to run IE6 in.

2. Download a "standalone" version from [browsers.evolt.org...] (this is a hack, maybe some JS issues, but OK for basic testing)

Try this thread for reference (it's from our Library [webmasterworld.com] section)

IE6 and IE7 on one computer - Microsoft releases a solution [webmasterworld.com]

The above discussion references the following website - I've had good luck with their "multple IE" installation, all the way down to IE3
