Font Shown As Square need help

Guys
These Chinese characters are displaying as square or question mark in some machines in IE7.
Can somebody help me with the font values for these characters in Chinese, Taiwan, Japan, Korea.
(espanol, portugues, france looks perfect as it has the font values)

The machines are probably missing the appropriate far-Eastern fonts - you need to install and/or download the appropriate font packs.
