I found this page by searching google, the links to the new features do not seem to be live yet. This is probably more useful for those of us not invited to the beta ;)

I was able to install IE8 without any problems on Vista Ultimate SP1. So far, so good.

Yeah, the downloads became available a couple hours ago. The first thing I did was try the Acid tests. Still doesn't pass but it comes really really close.
