Internet Explorer 3/IE3 Standalone cookie location?

No I'm not supporting Internet Explorer 3 (though my site does work with IE4+). However I am messing with cookies and I need to clear them in IE3. It's obviously a stand alone version of IE3 and I've emptied the cache folder and have given it a good look. Any vets that have been around since those days know where I can find and clear the cookies? I'm just messing around with stuff seeing how things work. Thanks in advanced. ;)

You're testing my memory here John, I'll tell you that much! I cannot recall if I ever did find an answer to that question but here is a little bit of insight ...

It's just for kicks though I've cleared both IE 3's directory and the system IE's cookies and have had no luck.
