How can I change the IE logo to my company logo in the address bar?

Be aware, Edward, that this feature is poorly supported even by IE. The icon goes away when the user deletes his temp files, and may behave unpredictably at other times. I always make one for sites I work on, but mainly do it as a grace note for first-time visitors who bookmark the site. I figure they'll probably see it once or twice...
