When I run these two browsers at the same time, I get weird things happening on both browers. For instance, images doesn't load up at all in mozilla (tells me the image contain errors) or bookmarks does not saved in netscape. Anybody know what's going on.

They use a lot of the same files and do tend to do some crazy things when running together.

I have had very few problems but I try not to run them at the same time, or if I do, use only one for the bookmarking et al.

I read in the Netscape 7.0 release notes that we should not share a profile between Netscape and Mozilla builds as strange things can happen. So I set up a separate profile for Netscape and Mozilla. I have been using Mozilla 1.1b and Netscape 7 for almost a week, often at the same time, with out a problem.
